The design process involved competitor analysis and benchmarking, with a focus on optimizing ergonomics for spinal wellness. We explored various support structures and integrated an adjustable air pump system to personalize both height and lumbar extension ensuring optimal comfort for each user. These adjustments were key features that enhanced the product’s core functionality.

TripPal is a startup focused on promoting products in the e-commerce market, primarily through social media and short video content. By utilizing e-commerce bait testing, we were able to assess crowd reactions to different product iterations based on click rates and likability before the product was manufactured and sold.
